It has been brought to the Board's attention that the nomination process at the September 24 meeting may not have precisely followed our bylaws and procedures.
Therefore, to make sure we get it right, and as a matter of prudence, transparency and good governance, we will have a brief zoom member meeting on Wednesday, October 9 at 7:30 pm, to complete the nominations according to the procedures outlined in the bylaws, including the ability to make further nominations from the floor.
