Using Refview

Note -- This page is currently a work in progress as BOCES transitions from Sportspak to RefView. It will be updated as we learn more information about how the system works and as existing assignments get loaded into the system

RefView  is BOCES new (as of 2022) assigning and payment system.  All existing data should be uploaded by Friday, August 19. Any changes you make before then could be overwritten by the data refresh, and you may have to enter them again after the 19th.

The Access Link is: https://refview.com. Your sign-on credentials consist of your email address (as it is on file with BOCES) and a PIN code. Your initial PIN is most likely your 4- or 5-digit BOCES official number or userID on Sportspak; if that doesn't work,  click on the link that says "Forgot PIN" and you will receive an email with your PIN Code. Important: RefView expects you to enter your email address using lowercase letters only.

If this is your first time signing on, you may be asked to re-set your PIN code to one of your choosing.  For security reasons, we strongly recommend changing your PIN.

In order to receive emails from RefView, including new assignments, game changes (including day of game cancellations, time or venue changes), you may need to whitelist (prevent from going to your spam, junk or trash folder) emails from rschooltoday.net, including the following email addresses:

notifications@mail-service1.rschooltoday.net

notifyme@sender.rschooltoday.net

August 26 Message from Section 1 Executive Director Todd Santabarbara

Although the officials side of RefView is similar in many respects to Sportspak, the differences on the assignor side may be more substantial. Please be patient with the BOCES assignors as they become familiar with the new system.
